Security Deposit
- A $200 - $1,000 security deposit is required to reserve a unit. Amount determined at time of reservation.
- Security deposit is fully refunded after vacating the premises unless any damages occur during the stay. Damages willl be deducted from the security deposit.
Cancellation Provisions
- Deposit is non-refundable within 4 weeks of arrival
- Deposit is half refundable between the 6th and 4th week of arrival
- Deposit is fully refundable before 6 weeks of arrival
